WEB170 » 03) Create Your Template Files
After you install & set-up WordPress on your own server, you will need to make sure that you have a set of template files to work from to complete the remainder of the assignments for WEB170.
This is where re-using your WEB120 or WEB200 project will come in handy.
Requirements:
- For your templates, you will need to create a 1) main.html, a 2) home.html and a 3) style.css file to work from.
- Post these templates in their own folder and link to them as your “Templates” from your Client Staging Area according to the class Schedule (Spring).
- Post these templates to GitHub and link to them as your “Protosite (Theme) Repository” from your Client Staging Area according to the class Schedule (Spring).
